Here, at Perfectly Imperfect Dezigns we strive to meet all of your expectations and provide you with a product that you or your gift recipient will love and enjoy for many years to come. In order to manage your expectations, we wanted to provide some answers to our most frequently asked questions.
How quickly will my order ship? The majority of our orders will ship within 5-7 days. Custom orders, specifically involving any type of board, may take longer due to the time needed for the finishing element to be properly applied and air dried. If you have a time crunch let us know. We will do our best to work with you.
Can you personalize? We sure can…and would love to make the perfect pieces for you or your gift recipient. Check out our Personalization section (coming soon) for some of our previous personalized items as well as information regarding our personalization. If you don’t see what you are looking for please send us a note on our Contact Us page and we will work with you on the perfect design.
How are the serving boards treated? Our serving boards are treated with mineral oil then coated with our proprietary product, None of Your Beezwax, which is a combination mineral oil/beeswax solution.
What silver pattern will I receive? All silverware pieces are made to order so no two pieces are identical. Because we hunt and peck for each piece of silverware you are not guaranteed to receive the exact design/shape as shown. We hand stamp each letter/symbol so you should allow for some variations in placement, spacing and alignment. This makes every piece unique!
Can my order be gift wrapped? All boards and the majority of the silverware are shipped in packaging that can be used for gift wrapping. We use a drawstring burlap bag for the boards and a great Kraft box for the majority of the silverware (Serving pieces and Garden Markers will not be in the box. If you need these packaged for a gift please specify in the notes and we will do our best to accommodate).
Do you accept returns? We do not accept returns or exchanges on our products. Cancellations are not accepted on custom orders. We strive to provide quality products. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged we will replace it or refund your money.
